You can regenerate over and over using different seeds until you find one you like then use that seed to make a game normally.The original author of Robot Tree Farm left Factorio and 1.0 broke something. The no-input part is done in the editor by spawning a 3x3 resource patch where i need it, increase the amount of resources into it to a big number (usually 4G for a 3x3 patch) and copy/paste that patch where-ever i need it. Until this one however. No grass tiles, very little trees. No branching resource patches outside of biter territory. So pollution control is definitely a challenge. Then go to load it, and on the buttom left corner there's a button that says "map exchange string". Copy it. This is an altered version of the mod Arborium by The_Evil_Pickle. I just updated it to work with Factorio 0.18 (and later) and fixed a few issues with the graphics in the new Factorio version. No functionality changes. Allows you to plant trees, plus create automated wood production. Trees now drop seeds when broken in addition to wood.

Once done with the fun, it's easy building. Not much water. Not much cliffs. Lots of grass. 3 oil deposits and 1 uranium visible to start. Downsides. Huge Peninsula. As explained in 70293 if you inadvertently right click in the map seed input field, it will be cleared out, and a new seed generated. This is counter-intuitive as most form inputs (both inside and outside of Factorio) don't behave in this manner.
